Outcome Based Job Placement Services
The culmination of what has likely been a difficult, and sometimes emotionally charged endeavor, getting the right job can bring a great sense of relief. We think keeping that job is important too. Accordingly, follow up services are provided for a predetermined period of time (usually 90 days) based upon prior arrangement with each contracting entity.
Should problems arise that can affect our client’s job retention, The River City Group’s Employment Specialists may also serve as liaison between client and employer, utilizing regular on-site visits and mediation services, when appropriate. All follow-up services are thoroughly documented, and comprehensive, concise reports are provided to the assigned VRC, typically in 45-day increments.
