COVID-19 Phased Reopening

The River City Group will begin a phased reopening of its offices starting Monday, May 4, 2020.  We will begin transitioning some services back to the offices. Ongoing clients should reach out to their counselors for more information.

New and Prospective clients should call, videocall, or email us if interested in our Nontraditional Employment Solutions and Résumé Writing Services.

To protect the health and safety of our office staff, we will no longer take walk-ins. You must have an appointment to be seen. Any unscheduled clients, visitors, or other guests will be turned away and rescheduled.

Our staff will continue to follow rigorous health guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Some staff members will continue to work from home at this time. As the situation evolves, the may change. We will do our best to continue following all City, State, and Federal guidelines as well as CDC instruction.

We ask the clients, guests, and visitors to do the same. Please take care and come prepared when visiting our offices.

All guests and visitors must wear facial coverings/masks at all times while on the premises. Upon arrival, you must have your temperature taken. A minimum of 6 feet between you and other guests or staff must be maintained at all times. Please wash your hands before leaving your home and use hand sanitizer when you arrive.

If you or someone you live with has been sick or is exhibiting symptoms, please stay home:

• Cough
• Shortness of breath
• Fever
• Chills
• Shaking with chills
• Muscle pain
• Sore throat
• Loss of taste
• Loss of smell
• Headache

Whenever possible, we highly suggest that you continue practicing social distancing. If you do not fee safe coming to the office in person or are unable to do so, arrangements can be made so that we can continue to provide you with Nontraditional Employment Solutions and Résumé Writing Services.

As businesses start to open again and life under COVID-19 shifts, we will continue to evolve our practices to best serve you.
